Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered together;
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the last good, provided you ordered multiple goods in a single order and these are delivered separately;
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the last partial shipment or piece, provided you ordered a good delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces;
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the first good, provided goods are delivered regularly over a defined period under a single order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Amanase GmbH, Landsberger Str. 155, Haus 1, 80687 München, Germany, Phone: +49 152 34 123 699, Email: info@amanase.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

It is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we are obligated to refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production requires an individual choice or decision by the consumer or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no control;
for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

for the delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
for the delivery of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
