Delivery Areas
We deliver within Germany and to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom, Cyprus.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)
Domestic Deliveries (Germany):
- We charge a flat shipping rate of €4.50 within Germany.
- Orders with a value of €50.00 or more qualify for free shipping within Germany.
International Deliveries:
- We charge a flat shipping rate of €13.50 for international deliveries.
- Orders with a value of €120.00 or more qualify for free international shipping.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, delivery within Germany will take 2–5 days, and international deliveries will take 5–7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of prepayment, after receipt of payment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
